The recipe below show you how to make a basic s’more pop, but you could have some fun and do so much more. Think about adding a drizzle of white or dark chocolate, some crushed peppermint candies instead of the crushed graham crackers or dip into sprinkles.
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
6 graham crackers, crushed
5 to 6 plastic cups to help with drying
Punch small holes that are large enough for the lollipop sticks to slide through into the bottom of each plastic cup. Turn upside down.
Push 1 marshmallow onto each lollipop stick. Add crushed graham crackers to a plate.
Add chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds remove the bowl and stir the chocolate chips. Place the bowl back into the microwave for another 20 seconds and stir again. Repeat process until melted.
Working quickly, dip each marshmallow into the chocolate and roll in crushed graham crackers. Slide the s’mores pops into the upside down plastic cups and wait until the chocolate hardens, about 10 minutes.
