They were delicious! I actually had a pork loin that I chopped up into slices and it worked wonderfully! Super moist and flavorful. Thanks.

No need to be afraid of pork chops Beverly, they are pretty lean, usually inexpensive and in this recipe super moist and flavorful. Good luck!
