Video: Datenight Mussels

We are finally ready to post our very first video tutorial for the whole world to see … oh, brother… It is time for us to share that yes, we did spend almost an entire day recording ourselves in the kitchen cooking mussels, hoping that our neighbors did not glance over and wonder, what the heck are they doing now? We do always wonder about that – here we are a young married couple who are either A) taking photos of something or holding white poster boards in odd angles around a plate of food or B) talking to a camera with no one else in the room … hmm

Well, even though our friends may start to forget our names and our families may wonder what happened … we are quite proud of our very first video tutorial. It’s a bit long and has a few glitches here and there … but, hey its a starting point.
