We love this easy St Germain champagne cocktail recipe. St Germain is floral and sweet and works perfectly with dry champagne. Since there are only two main ingredients, use a champagne or sparkling wine you love. Make sure it is dry, not sweet. If champagne is out of budget, look for “Cava,” which comes from Spain or an American sparkling wine that’s above $15. A dry Prosecco is a great option, too. One 750-ml bottle of champagne will serve 6 people.
1/2 ounce chilled St Germain
4 ounces chilled dry champagne or sparkling wine
Orange wedge
Add the St Germain and champagne to a flute or champagne glass. Squeeze in the orange juice and enjoy.
