Whole Foods, a Nova Scotia fishery and the Marine Stewardship Council have teamed up to introduce sustainable swordfish for the summer. After buying a steak to share, we simply seasoned with salt, pepper and coriander, grilled our steak and topped with butter, cilantro leaves and lime.
