Fresh Watermelon and Tea Martini Cocktail

When it comes to choosing the tea, look for something lighter and herbal. Chamomile or a fruity tea are nice options. If you have a juicer at home, it will make quick work of the watermelon. If not, we’ve shared tips for juicing a watermelon by hand.
Half of a 5 to 6-inch diameter seedless watermelon yields about 16 ounces of juice.
You Will Need
2 ounces vodka
2 1/2 ounces fresh watermelon juice
1 ounce light herbal or green aromatic tea

Directions
Chill a martini glass by filling with ice and water or placing into the freezer for a few minutes.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add vodka, fresh watermelon juice and tea. Shake for at least 15 seconds or until very cold and well combined. Pour into the chilled glass.

- If you don’t have a juicer, it is easy to juice watermelon by hand. Cut watermelon into medium-size chunks without the rind and add to a food processor or blender. Process the watermelon thoroughly or until it looks like a watermelon slushy. Strain the watermelon mixture through a fine mesh strainer or sieve.
