Simply simmer it in a saucepan until reduced by about a third. This intensifies the flavor beautifully. You can even make a larger batch of concentrated puree and store it in your fridge, ready for your next pumpkin spice latte craving. Another option is to swap the pumpkin puree for pumpkin butter. If you do this, you will need less sweetener.
