Easy Creme Fraiche Dip with Lemon and Herbs

This creamy, cool dip is perfect for a vegetable platter. I especially love it with radish and cucumber. It doubles as a salad dressing, too. Throw your favorite greens into a bowl, add a squeeze of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil on top then scatter a spoonful of this creamy herbed dip on top. Oh, and I probably don’t need to tell you that it makes an excellent topping for pork or chicken.
